You are welcome to join us for meditation here whatever faith, tradition or none that you follow.
A meditation session typically includes half an hour of silent meditation, followed by an opportunity to bring a reading, poem of your choice to share in the silence if you wish, and a final short time of quiet reflection on your experience.
There is time for tea and chat only after the Sunday meditation.
If you would like to know more about the quiet of this space, and get a better feel of what is being freely offered here, why not come and see? You are also most welcome to visit the website and immerse yourself in it from time to time ....
