Quiet days at Landermere
 
Here is a rough programme of how the days are laid out:

9.30am - Introduction, followed by 30mins quiet chanting of Gayatri Mantra 

10.15 - 11.15  Individual time for walking, reading, resting, journal writing etc

11.15 -12.30   Group meditation and Puja

12.30 - 2.30  Individual lunch, walking, resting, reading  etc

2.30 - 3.30  Vedic Yoga Nidra (very relaxing)

3.45 - 4.15 Tea together and de-briefing.

 
4.30pm  Close

We will use the cottage, garden room, shrine room, little temple, labyrinth and those who would like to can walk around Landermere and on the sea wall.
 
As well as your food, please bring inspirational reading for yourself, your journal if you have one, walking shoes and a blanket or shawl for rest and the Yoga Nidra.
