“Yoga has been a part of my life since my early teens, and I've enjoyed my practice for some 40 years. I qualified as a teacher in 1979 with the All India Board of yoga, and the British Wheel of Yoga in 1991. I then felt drawn to, and qualified with, the system of Dru Yoga.
While on retreat we have the opportunity of a safe and caring environment to allow release of stresses and emotional blocks. This is a chance for people to be nurtured on all levels, and create time for deep rest and relaxation, something that we rarely allow ourselves."
